The products are delivered to you anywhere in Romania, through the courier company TNT. The delivery is made by courier at the address indicated in the form the customer is filling when ordering products. The delivery cost is 18 RON for parcels sent anywhere in Romania. If the order value exceeds 150 RON, then we provide our customers with free shipping. 

If a product does not match the description, or you are not happy with it, you have the right to return this product within 30 days of its receipt. The shipping cost for returning products are supported by the only if the customer wishes to exchange the product with another one. In case of repayment for the return product, the customer is paying the delivery.

Also, the products purchased from can be returned to our stores in Bucharest at no extra cost if the customer brings them personally (addresses listed above). Payment of the product's equivalent is to be paid by Ziggo within 14 days of receipt of the returned product. 

Ziggo return policy is subject to the Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014 that regards consumer rights under the contracts concluded with professionals, as well as amending and completing normative acts.

You may request product return in the following cases:

1. The product delivered does not meet the site specifications (size, color, model) In this case, you may request the return of the product, or its change with another product of the same value or different value (paying the difference or reimbursing the difference) 

2) The product is defective. If the product has a defect, or you receive another product or the wrong size, the shipping charge for the return of the defective product is paid by

3) Product with inappropriate measure. If you ordered a size / model that does not fit you, you can change it with another size / model, but the shipping charge for the exchange will be supported by you. 

How can a product change? Our exchange policy involves the following steps. If you want to change the size or change the product, please contact us by email. We set together the product you want, we send the new product to you, and you will pack the product you want to change and give it to the courier when it arrives with the new product to you.
